For the 3rd time in 6 days their service technicians were a no show. The customer service people can't tell me why because there are no notes left in the system, just states the service call was cancelled. Can't get anyone local on the phone to speak to. Will be going to their office tomorrow with my equipment to cancel my internet with them.
Comcast is a joke. Sadly the place I live only can get Comcast as their internet provider and my husband works from home so we have to have it. I worked from home for a little bit to and had to get a business line (which cost me a 200 dollar installation fee and added almost 100 dollar more to my residential internet bill). The customer service is horrid. I feel bad for the the techs because im sure they catch grief after someone is fed up with their customer service call. I had to make an arrangement on a late bill and the twat thay i called said they do mot accept the card i was using.... mind you i have paid every bill with said card for the last year and a half. I have had nothing but issues from the day i called to set up service..... cant wait for my contract ro be up
For those of you who have Xfinity Home be aware you can't change you cable or internet package. If you do you contract starts all over again. That's some baloney. I signed a contract for 2 years not a contract that changes when my other services do. Really...If I didn't work from home and need the internet Comcast would be HISTORY.....
I have been set up on automatic payments and they take it out one month and then stop for two months and when I try to pay my bill it says I have a scheduled payment but doesn't come out and then I'm slapped with a $181 bill and a $10 late fee. I press 1 for English and get someone who I can't understand. They don't value you as a costumer and I'm paying for 50mps Internet speed and get only 30. I will be going through someone else
I wish I had read these reviews before signing on with Comcast. They say you are a valued customer but they don't mean it. Otherwise it wouldn't be so difficult to talk to a person. Like many other customers I am frustrated trying to get help and you cannot phone the local business. My next step is to go in person and wait an hour in that line. Maybe I will actually get to explain our problem to a person.
