Horrible customer service. Wait times are uncalled for. Poorly organized. Only Patronize this shit hole of a company because of high speed internet. This place needs closed! A joke of a company.

I have had an open ticket with them for 6 weeks now. I've been promised a technician will come out and investigate. Nothing has happened. I've called 3 times. There are exposed lines (above ground) in my front yard that belong to them and they refuse to even look. Ridiculous.

A Comcast technician had to come to the house to correct a Comcast problem. It was decided & told to me I wouldn't be charged for the visit. The technician that came found & fixed a problem & I was told I wouldn't be charged for the visit. When the next bill came there was a $50 charge for the visit. I went to their office & the charge was removed. I suspect adding the charge is common practice & had my account been on automatic pay I might not have caught it. Watch your bill.

Called at 1:45 asked to speak with supervisor it's now 4:15 have yet to hear from one this is why I switch to AT&T there service sucks

Worse cable service EVER! We need other options. They have the worst customer service and they raise your rates month. You rarely get to talk to someone in the States let alone someone that can speak English! Cable goes out all the time, remotes don't work. Every time we try to watch an on demand movie the service is unavailable! I've had it!!
