Xfinity has the worst customer service and their automated line will now actively hang up on you if it thinks you want to talk about an outage. I had to call on an unrelated number, which I did as their message said that crews would be working to fix the issue as soon as it was safe due to inclement weather which there wasn’t any nor had there been anytime recently or predicted. Crazy fees horrible service no customer loyalty.
If I could give these people Less I would have. Customer Service, Agents, Website Support are Absolutely Lazy, Unprofessional, NOT Knowledgeable of Products. Only there for a Paycheck. I was impressed with the store and its staff. In particular, the customer support representative Seth was both extremely patient and knowledgeable in helping my family resolving our phone issues. Other representatives were also eager to assist. We truly appreciate their service.
