We had a nurse come to the house for about 10 weeks and she was excellent, her name was LESLIE she explained everything to us, she was very caring and made sure that our problems were all taken care of.
Worst care ever, Nurse came to repack an open wound but didn’t bring any supplies to do so. He kept saying that it was not his fault, I asked whose fault is it then? Danger!!...don't consider this company. Poor customer service who don't return calls. Even messages left for the owner go unanswered. Untrained staff who state they don't go to small facilities---unheard of in the home health world. They were reported to Dept. of Public Health & Kaiser who partners with them. This company should be banned from operation. This rating should actually be Zero !.....Com Care gets an F-.
I just had a Nurse named Donna Jean ( Negn) she was EXCELLENT, she spends a lot of time with me, went over everything, and I'll request to come back as my Nurse.
