I lived at the same address for 10 years and went through several change of owners and management teams. ComCap is the best I've had here. I received my deposit back after leaving the place clean. They were very prompt, compared to others, when repairing or solving any issues. I believe they are a decent company.
I am very pleased with the management.
My wife and I just signed again our new lease we've been here since the opening at Lynnwood senior apartments and we could not be happier Jessica the manager is so kind she provided a Thanksgiving meal for all of those in the community room which was just spectacular the maintenance man here is so kind and quick to get your repairs done this is a wonderful place and we couldn't be happier but it would be nice to get a call back when you try to call Comcap management and leave a message which I've done several times and I nev... read more
