My 35 year old Omega 2 heater recently stopped working on a weekend. It needed a new circuit board which I assumed, due to age would be a lost cause. Called them first thing Monday morning, they had a replacement module. They gave me all of the info needed and I received the new part the next day. As Glenn Frey would say....The Heat is On! Quality customer service is what gives great companies longevity.
