Mike did a wonderful job.
Combs installed our AC unit for the second floor in the summer of 2021. This year it become apparent that the system is malfunctioning. We invited our trusted HVAC technician and he estimated $1000-1500 for repair with a problem occurring due to possible wrong installation. Since the unit had a ten year warranty we called Coombs to come take a look at the system since the warranty is through them. Shaun was polite, knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions. He found no reason for my last weeks complaint of condensation dripping out of my downflow furnace duct. It's dry now. I'll have to try to get him out later this summer when it happens again.
