Shaun was polite, knowledgeable. He patiently answered my questions. He found no reason for my last weeks complaint of condensation dripping out of my downflow furnace duct. It's dry now. I'll have to try to get him out later this summer when it happens again.
Put a lot of thought into this before posting it. Been a customer of Combs 10+ years. In 2021, I had a new AC unit & gas furnace installed and it's doing great. The owner & manager seemed to work together really well for many years. Then it seems like the management changed after 2021. In December '23 I called for a quote because I knew my other furnace was on its last legs. The technician was prompt in his arrival. He went right to work checking the furnace and air conditioner unit outside in the rain. All was fine. I believe he did a good job.
