We have a air unit that is less than 2 years old, they were out here 3 times already replacing parts and freon,now in this short of time the compressor is dead,they want 1,200 even though it's in a so called warranty, I would say they are selling junk to pad their stats, it's 87 in here with a type 1 diabetic, 1 with respiratory issues and pets, pitiful sales and service

We have had to have our unit looked at 3 times,it's less than 2 years old, now it's the compressor that's went out,called them 4 times on Saturday with no calls returned had to go with someone else to fix their mistakes,I will never call them again for anything, nothing but junk

Isaiah and his helper were friendly and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They showed me before and after pictures of what my compressor looked like after they serviced it.

I contacted this company thinking it was HVAC Pro (which I heard so many frat things about). I had no idea it was owned by a new company. My water heater got bad? Didn’t want to turn on, so they came over and told me I needed to replace it. They told me total would be $1,800. I’m a single mom of 2, I had no idea if that price was good or not because I don’t know anything about that. All I knew is that we need warm water specially for my kids to take a proper shower.
