Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Combined Services installed the HVAC system at my home, and after a few years of use my furnace kept faulting due to overheating. After 4 service visits and more than $850 worth a fees, mind you all due to the same issue, a capable technician finally diagnosed the problem and expressed shock that the previous technicians weren’t able to properly address. My furnace went out the day before New Years Eve.....Called them but they never called me back....today is Saturday and still waiting for a call.....i called someone else....im done with them...
Bought a new home DR Horton in wonder lake. Combined services was the installer. With the cold weather coming up I was checking on my furnace and discovered that they did not even tighten the clamp on the exhaust of the furnace. This caused combustion gasses and condensate water to leak into the home. Extremely careless and dangerous. Very unprofessional installers. If you value your safety I highly recommend going elsewhere for your HVAC needs.
Bought a newly built DR Horton home: Carrier HVAC installed by Combined Services HVAC 7/20/2022 - Closing. 11/2022 - Unit Malfunctioned (No Heat) Makes Loud Noises Air is unevenly distributed (much hotter in the Primary bedroom/bathroom) 7/2024 - Combined Service installed a Reme Halo (whole-home air purification. system) and left the transformer in the box 12/2024 - HVAC unit Malfunctioned (No Heat) Unit is missing Parts (see attached pictures)
My brother recommended Combined Services to me, after some good 'feedback' he received from another coworker who was also a happy customer. I'm really happy with the service I received. (A/C unit replacement) I should mention – Ed did not try to 'oversell' what needed to be replaced. This is important & very much appreciated !! The Installers showed up 'as scheduled', right on time.
