We are so thankful for the service provided to us. Thanks to Scott for coming out and helping fix our AC during this awful heat wave and offering Emergency services while being so generous. We are so thankful for Combined Services. Our furnace stopped working. They came out and troubleshooted a few different issues. Repaired our furnace and kept us from having to buy a new one. The expertise and professionalism they showed us was amazing. Will definitely use them again.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Combined Services installed the HVAC system at my home, and after a few years of use my furnace kept faulting due to overheating. After 4 service visits and more than $850 worth a fees, mind you all due to the same issue, a capable technician finally diagnosed the problem and expressed shock that the previous technicians weren’t able to properly address.
