If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. Stay away from them. They will do everything to get your business but when you want to cancel it's a nightmare. They will bill you until you put your foot down and even then it's a nightmare.

This insurance company has been taking out payments from our bank, and we have no policies or numbers for this insurance. Further more, we took out one policy and they added another policy without our authorization!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company is a joke. I submitted a claim in the beginning of January- it’s been 8 weeks and I still haven’t heard from the adjuster Diana Morris. I’ve called multiple times and was told to expect a call within 24-48 hours and I never receive one. I also called and spoke with claims resolution, who did not do what their name states. I spoke to them on Tuesday 2/17 and was told to expect a call back Thursday 2/20 with a resolution and I haven’t heard anything since, today is Tuesday 2/25... read more

There is NO customer service when needing to file a claim. Been paying this company for 20 years, finally TRYING to use it and getting nowhere! Going to cancel the 4 policies with this good for nothing company who would rather argue with you instead of taking blame and fixing the issue at hand, which is not paying what's promise.
