My first dealing with this company went great back in 2020. This year I put in a claim that was rejected. I tried to speak with the adjuster to clarify details but that is not allowed. They would never update their online portal. On my end it says there were 5 updates but no information contained in those updates. I had to call in every time to be told what the update was. Chubb is a terrible insurance provider. They are contantly increasing premiums despite not filing any claims or losses. Additiaonlly, they nickel and dime their customers with fees.

Since Dec 27, 2023 I have been submitting a claim for my disability insurance in which I pay for. On this day I sent over my application and additional documents via fax. I called to confirm the fax was received and I was told to give it a few days and call back. A few business days passed and I called back to follow up about my fax. After a long wait time in the phone I was told only my doctor notes were received. No complaints. My deceased mother had a Policy here that we collected 2023. Simple process and very professional.
