Would not recommend at all have had a policy since 2017. Filled a claim it’s pulling teeth for a pay out. Even had to call a lawyer to be involved! DO NOT use Combined insurance!! They do not follow their own policy.
This has to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I highly recommend looking for a different company to work with and staying away from them.
Paid monthly premiums with automatic withdraw and they still took 2 payments out within 24 hours. Call them and they have no record of second payment, if my bank has a record why doesn't Combine?
i will NEVER do business with this company again... we wanted to cancel our policies. i sent in 2 letters like we were told to with all policy numbers on the letters. i had 2 on mine and boyfriend had 4 on his. i faxed them both together 3 months ago. they canceled mine, and finally canceled 3 of the 4 policies on his. they left the biggest one open , i got my cash surrender fee back in the mail within the first week. my boyfriends policies however they canceled the 3 left the biggest open and have been using the cash surren... read more
