I did express to her that I found it very frustrating that when calling Combat Pest Control, I was never able to speak to someone at the company. I was always forwarded to their message service. This is not a good look for a company. I was given a date for service via an email, however, never got a time when they would be out to my property, so once again, I called the number given in the email, asking if there was an approximate time when they would be out.
