I'm so grateful to be apart of the Combat Fitness Family!! At combat Professor, Simo, Coach Roq and all the amazing teachers there, teaches us Respect, integrity, Confidence, Good Sportsmanship, Displince the list could go on an on! I know a lot of fighters from different schools, and it just amazes me how one can train so hard for the sport, but in everyday life the have no respect for elders, horrible work ethic and no integrity whatsoever, they walk around like someone owes them something because they're called a a Fighte... read more
