My original gastroenterologist was Dr. Dev Katarey, an excellent gastroenterologist and hepatologist, but due to a scheduling conflict, I couldn’t meet with him and was then referred to Dr. Comay. After waiting about a month, I was informed that Dr. Comay couldn’t see me because, apparently, "He won't see a patient who’s been refused by a colleague". Could not be more disappointed and completed frustrated with the receptionist. Dr Comay is great at what he does and have absolutely no concerns with him. However, the front receptionist is beyond the most rude, entitled and disrespectful medical staff I have ever encountered. I came to the clinic a few minutes early to check in, notice the doors were locked so I knocked on the doors 2 times as well as called to ensure they were still open today.
