This company is a family business. Most time the customer service are friendly. But not included the supervisor Marissa T. without any apologize, just keep pushed me to pay money. The way she talks to me makes me so upset. Super bad attitude. Maybe this is her Family business, that’s why she doesn’t care. She doesn’t even let me finish my sentences, until I scream on her to stop, listen to me. The whole conversations stop by her hangs up my phone. I never received this kind of service.
