CN Fitness Center should consider putting a steam and dry sauna on while undergoing renovations. The benefits are many to sweating out poison in your system. It's akin to the sweat lodges of olden days and there aren't many available around Lawton.
I love it the best place to work out cuz its not crowded and friendly service.
I love it! Its nice and relaxing...not overcrowded and not overwhelming. This will be my home Gym. Thank you for giving us Native Americans an opportunity to live a healthy lifestyle.
