Moved in with plumber's putty on toilet shut off and called Kim Coman immediately after I moved in (large puddle of water in bathroom) which was less than a week after re-inspection. I asked Kim Coman to come out to look at it and said his responsibility ends when he walks out of the house and said "it appeared to be no water damage on the floor at the time" A $120 shut off toilet repair which could have been covered at the sellers expense when the plumber was doing other repair work. Two Sides to Every Story – I am Kim D. Coman, the person disparaged in the review. Note that 'no namegiven' was the writer of the review. Accordingly, I cannot comment on the allegations.
