I spotted John on our street performing backflow preventer tests and I asked him if he would test ours today. I needed to perform some repairs and he gave me all of the parts I needed to perform the repairs on my backflow preventer. As soon as I completed the repairs he was able to test the system which failed. However, he quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the backflow preventer which passed the second test. Thanks John, for your commitment to great service!

If I could give them a higher rating I would. 1st Choice Backflow performs my backflow testing each year and the owner is the same. They are efficient, responsive and timely in submitting the paperwork to The Texas Water Company. When I started having irrigation system problems in November 2022, I called the company that installed the system in 2017. I've used these guys twice to repair my system. From the time I called to when they showed up it took about 2 hours. Always helpful and they take the time to explain the repair.
