I had some friends use this company because they had good things to say about the service they received. I thought I would give them a call to see if they could fix a broken sprinkler head. I was told they happened to have a technician in the area and he could come over when he finished his project. About an hour Mike arrived (I think his name was Mike). I sincerely wish there was a way to give more stars. 5 just doesn’t seem like enough! There are several options to choose from when looking for sprinkler repair in this town. Comal Water Werks is by far the best, and only choice really. Now when I called I spoke to someone who I think was the owner, John. GREAT Service from Mike W at Comal Water Werks! Called to let me know he was on the way, arrived as stated. Went over system, listened to on problems, agreed to repair, and DID SO, on the spot. Had all the parts and skills to get my system going. On Time and On Budget, very reasonable pricing for services provided, great person to work with! John (owner) runs a great business with excellent staff!

I spotted John on our street performing backflow preventer tests and I asked him if he would test ours today. I needed to perform some repairs and he gave me all of the parts I needed to perform the repairs on my backflow preventer. As soon as I completed the repairs he was able to test the system which failed. However, he quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the backflow preventer which passed the second test. Thanks John, for your commitment to great service!
