Not sure how anyone gets an appt here. Called the office 3 times within 3 days and sent an email to book an appt and didn’t get a response until 7 days later. Went elsewhere and had no issues.
Friendly, professional staff. Made the appointment a few days ago and got my husband right in. He lost three crowns in one night due to caramel snacking that went south quickly. Dr. Metz and his assistant Niesha did a fantastic job reattaching the old crowns back in place. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.
This is such a great place. especially as someone scared of the dentist they made it a good experience. the doctor explains everything so well when i come in (i forgot her name but she’s incredible) and the dental hygienist/ assistant was so sweet, through with her job and made it a wonderful experience, i remember her name was “Bella” she was so sweet!! love this place :)
I was okay with the practice until the dentist I went there for to begin with left, but I continued to go for my cleanings. Then I went in for a simple filling and before we even started I was stabbed in the lip with the needle by the female dentist there. This is completely sub par care and SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED! I have been in dentistry myself for 40 years and no dentist should ever be that carless or rushed. Patient comfort and care should always be the number one priority.
