I highly recommend Comal Crossfit to anyone in the Bulverde area. My husband and I have been coming to this box for about 4 years now and the staff and members are all so friendly and accommodating. In 2015, I became pregnant with my first child and the coaches helped me modify the movements to be pregnancy safe. I wodded throughout my entire pregnancy and Crossfit is what helped me recover so quickly from my csection, lose weight and get back into shape.
