First experience with Crossfit! Loved it! Staff was amazing and really slowed it down and showed my friend and I the correct way to do Crossfit! Will definitely be back!
I highly recommend Comal Crossfit for anyone who is interested in beginning Crossfit. I needed/wanted a new challenge. Having heard of cross fit "boxes", I decided it was a challenge that I should finally step up to, which, I don't regret for one second. When I started Comal Crossfit in November, my blood pressure was 140/99 consistently. My Dr said I may need to start taking meds for that. Within one month my BP dropped to a consistent 116/65 and it has stayed there since. No meds at all at 52 years old. Not only physically am I stronger, I look good in a bathing suit again! My husband and I were in town visiting friends for a wedding and joined this box for a few days. Top notch facilities and excellent coaching staff! Felt right at home and got our butts kicked, per usual. I'd highly recommend this gym for anyone wanting to change their life!
Beautiful facility. Very friendly knowledgable owners/trainers.
Probably one of the best I've been to. Awesome facility, great coaching, but the people and that awesome Texas hospitality is what makes this place special. From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed as if I had been there for years. Whenever I'm home on leave from the Navy, this is the only place I go.
