My Samsung phone died, I was given comlink as a suggestion for repair. I called and the gentleman did everything he could to help me over the phone. I decided to try and have the battery replaced, knowing it might not be the answer. It's a Sunday afternoon, and he tells me he can get a battery in an hour. This is not a business that keeps appointments nor are they punctual and there’s a serious lack of gratitude and we’re talking just basic common courtesy like I’m sorry for the wait and thank you. I would avoid going there at all costs. I was extremely disappointed, and I would like for this not to happen to someone else which is the purpose of this review
