Finally managed to attend my first strata meeting, 5 years after moving in. Very impressed by the openness and knowledge shown by the Property Manager, and by the easy cordial relations evident between the strata members and the Manager. Every communication or interaction I have personally had with the Property Manager has been timely, cordial and helpful.
Terrible communication, unprofessional, lazy as property managers. As an owner in a building that they "property manage", would not recommend.
This organization seems to have relationships with contractors with poor and unethical business practices. They should take into account feedback from owners and tenants about the contractors they use to maintain the buildings they manage.
