Strongly advise DO NOT USE. KATHY head broker is lies, does not return phone calls, does not include the LEGAL requirements to all owners for AGM. Our AGM has been rescheduled due Kathy not being able to get docs in place in time, I thought the last strata company was bad this one takes the cake. Honestly if you want headaches hire them.

Finally managed to attend my first strata meeting, 5 years after moving in. Very impressed by the openness and knowledge shown by the Property Manager, and by the easy cordial relations evident between the strata members and the Manager. Every communication or interaction I have personally had with the Property Manager has been timely, cordial and helpful.
