As the owners of Florida condo hotel apartment, we had the worst experience with this management. In just 2-3 years, they completely ran down this property and skyrocketed management fees. Previously enjoyable place, became a nightmare
Colwen management took over at the hotel that I worked at for 3 years and changed everything and took away all the part-time employees benefits. They don't care about part time employees, which is ashamed because if it wasn't for housekeepers, you wouldn't have a business. I resigned because my job made me feel like I am not valued or appreciated.
