They are scammer making money of rental application.
Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond in attempting to find me a unit.
Do not deal with these people. Tim from the realty is a straight up liar (will quiet literally make things up and string you along). Incredible incompetence. Realty is used to running what feels like slum houses. AVOID AT ALL COSTS OWNERS (and tenants!!!)
