The end of my lease is coming up & my partner & I would rather move back in with a family member than renew or look at any of their other properties. Every maintenance request/issue I’ve had, has had to be reiterated or I had to become an “angry black woman” for anything to be handled the way a REAL company would handle it; expeditiously & with proper follow-up. They DO NOT care about their tenants but that’s not too new in this world smh. Either way my stay has been VERY unpleasant.
