I sampled Colvard & Company sausages at The Willey's Store in Greensboro Vermont a couple months ago. The Spicy Fennel was the best sausage I have ever eaten. I bought a package that day, but they haven't had that flavor lately. I bought the Sweet Italian last night it is also fantastic. Thank you
