These people are hacks!.....They will lie with a smile on all day!!...My fiance and I were very good tenants,never late in rent,kept the place very clean,they acted like they liked us and when we moved we gave them atleast a month notice....long story short they wrote up a bunch of crap and charged us 790 dollars to do little or no work to the house...and half the things on the list were thing that were broken when we moved in.... amazing that the deposit was 775 huh....crooks all of em!!!...and I reinsulated the whole basem... read more
