I don't know how they are in business. They are literal scam artists. I booked on expedia for $227.00 all inclusive for 4 days. They charged me 40 a day for a "deposit waiver", $500.00 for a deposit, and a random fee of $171.20. They won't return my deposit or explain the charges. You can't get anyone on the phone. Their number only allows for automated prompts that they respond via text message or WhatsApp. No one speaks english. This company is 100% a scam. SCAM COMPANY! HIDDEN FEES 4X THE COST OF THE RENTAL! I rented from this scam company (after taking 2 shuttles from the FLL airport to reach its shady remote location) and the Colusa Rent A Car illegally charged my credit card $128.36 for "insurance" even though I showed proof of my $250,000 of automobile liability coverage (valid anywhere in the US). Do not rent a vehicle with this company. They are going to charge you at least a $500 security deposit to where they actually "charge" your card. Then, they hold the funds for 30 days, or in my case, over 45 days and then some. I am now having to file a complaint with the BBB, Florida's Attorney General office, and my credit card company to try and get my money back.

I have rented from this company as per other reviews they do not return the deposit. they have no phone communication, and they are stealing from clients. it's a rip off. please contact me for further information as I am seeking for a class action suit. I am also reporting them to the district attorney of Miami.

Worst car rental!! My original quote was $25, when I can came to pickup I needed to take more insurance coverage plus I needed to take a toll tag ended up paying $300, I had a lot issues with the car so I told them I'm returning it was like 3 hours later and they didn't want to refund me back the money... Customer service is very bad and so unprofessional... This was after 4 hours waiting for the train plus shuttle from the airport... Won't recommend this experience for no-one
