Speaking strictly on the rehabilitation wing, this is an undeniably incompetent and dangerous place for you, family, or friends to be admitted to. When you are not sitting in your soiled garments, the staffs inability to route calls and messages will negatively affect communication with pharmacy, doctor, family and more. They are lazy and don’t do there job
I was in excruciating pain due to an undiagnosed illness. I came in the ER screaming for help. I couldn't do anything by writhe in pain. The staff understood and got me help as quickly as possible. The staff was understanding, professional, and respected me as a human being. I ended up being air lifted to a different hospital but will forever be grateful for Colusa Medical Center. Hello, I read some of these reviews and I have to say. I never experienced any of this myself. I have taken both my daughter's there 2 and 5. They have done the absolute best job. The nurses have been so sweet to them and treated them with the best care. I have called to follow up on some test that have been done. I was not hung up on. Roxy should be a pediatrics nurse my daughter will forever remember her gentle care. Alot of you need to understand we are small underfunded county.
