RecommendedMy experience here has been great. Monica’s energy is amazing she has great costumer service. I love the apartment size and maintenance is great the come right away.
I do not recommend this apartment complex at all. It is extremely rare that I would write a review but the treatment I have had here has caused me to feel this is necessary. It is not worth the price, the management is incredibly unorganized and does not have the correct priorities. If you enjoy going back and forth for 9+ months for a roach infestation by all means apply to live here.
Good price but there is always an issue. The staff has changed multiple times since I’ve been living here and nothing gets better. Maintenance request are slow to be completed. Currently waiting for my A/C to be at minimum looked at for only blowing got air. I’m still waiting. It’s 90 degrees and i have an asthmatic child. I suggest not even looking at the place unless it’s a last resort

DJ'd the pool party for the 4th of July weekend it was a pleasure doing business with them and I look forward to DJing more parties in the future!
