I moved out of there in 2013 after 7 & a half years of living there. It was falling apart then and was absolutely mismanagement also. There was only 1 maintenance man at the time and he was pulling his hair out trying to keep up with the place crumbling around him. I can't even imagine what it looks like now. My advice to everyone, STAY FAR AWAY!!
Tried to charge us to redo carpet for whole apartment when the damage was due to their ac unit freezing and thawing out on the carpet. Terrible customer service. Called "luxury" apartments. My barracks from ww2 in the army were better.
