I witnessed a staff member kick poor Remington (a male dog up for adoption) in the stomach and then strike him with his leash 3 times without cause today.He wasn't attacking anyone or even looking in their direction, he was just scratching to get back inside. After calling the police and animal control for the abuse, I find out she still has her job. This entire practice is beyond wonderful--the doctors, the techs, and the office staff. They are always happy to answer my questions. If they don't know the answer, they will always take the time to find one and let me know. They also love your animals. One of my boys was sick last week--stomach virus. Today I received a phone call to make sure he was doing all right. I feel so safe and secure with the professional care my dogs get and have always gotten here. Absolutely the best vet practice in the city. They have gone above and beyond with the care of my babies and have shown amazing compassion for us.
