1-28-2021 Charged me 75.00 upfront. Got my vacuum cleaner back and I got a sock out. They obviously didn't fix it. Not surprised they went out of business in January 2021.
If they say they are going to do something, make sure you get it in writing. I bought a vacuum there. I told them I needed a floor tool to get under chairs, tables, etc. I was told it came with one or they would provide one. Well it didn't come with one and they didn't have anything in stock that would work, but they would order it and provide it a no charge. Well that didn't happen. Outstanding! just what I needed
The owner is just not a very trustworthy person. He gave me a price on a used machine that was $1500 higher than I found a brand new one for. When I started shopping around, he started trying to “work with me” because he “really wanted my business”. Ended up buying from a wonderful business in Tuscaloosa, AL.
