I was told I was permanently banned for being rude on the phone about masking years prior. Asked if they wanted to change their stance and they said no. I stand behind the fact that no one has a right to abuse employees or customers. ***EDIT TO CLARIFY: it’s not about the ban. It’s about the past lack of respect and dignity for employees and customers. The decision to keep the ban is a stark reminder that they still stand behind their shady past.
