Columbus Station I moved to Columbus Station semi-recently. Yeah okay it's expensive, but I LOVE my apartment & I love the area. The office staff is all very nice & friendly & super helpful. HOWEVER, the maintenance staff is an absolute JOKE. For that reason alone I wouldn't recommend this place to a single soul. I was locked out of my apartment for 10.5 hours & maintenance NEVER ended up helping me, yet kept telling me they were "on the way". I eventually gave up and called a locksmith. Not a good company This area is full of military, and they seem determined to fool military out of their money at a time when they can't afford it...when their orders have come through and they have to move. I've known 2 people that the company tried to not honor the military clause with. In our case, they were rude...if we had an issue and called near 5pm, the office women would literally pick up the phone, then hang it up, and punch the button to roll it to the answering service so they wouldn't have to deal with it.
