I have been bringing my son to your facility for over a year and it is absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front desk, to the workers who I sign in with, and the speech therapist have been awesome. A special thanks to Lauren, Kristin, and MiMi for being amazing people in my sons life every week.
Over charge those who barely pass the poverty level. They made us pay upfront EVERY time, then 8 months down the road accuse us of not paying, which is impossible (we have credit card proof of each visit)as we were not allowed treatment without paying up front. Then tack on a $200 evaluation charge 10 months later because they are thieves. Zero help for our son, yet $80 for 15 minute sessions. I cannot believe such an organization that is supposed to help people is so criminal.
I have been going to them for almost 30 years. They are great with my hearing aids.
My mother who is 92 years old and who is on a limited income, received hearing aids through a grant for Senior Options. She was like a child at Christmas when she got her hearing aids. Emily her audiologist was so wonderful to her. Thank you so much for all that you do for my mother. Patty Roark
My son Kingston saw Susan Dabo last night... she’s fantastic with kids!! She’s so sweet! Very informative and helpful! Recommend her highly!
They were great with me. I didn't realize how bad my hearing was. Instead of just giving me hearing aids the specialist wanted me to see a ENT to make sure there wasn't anything medically that needed done first. I would recommend them for any hearing problems.
My son loves going here for speech therapy. He is 7 years old and has autism. Thy do a wonderful job. Thy go out of there way to help him.
My oldest has been receiving therapy here since I was pregnant with my youngest, who has recently joined in on the fun, himself! Megan Reed is just THE BEST!!! ...the other therapists are lovely as well, I'm sure! ;)
