I have a bad ankle sprain and am a patient next door to them at Ortho Neuro and they were recommended to me to try these Asics, and I wore them all day today and my ankle didn't swell as much. We had a great experience! We are new walkers/runners and went in knowing nothing. Becca was very helpful, she was the only one working. Even though she was very busy, she still took the time to make sure we loved our new shoes and socks. Thank you for a great experience! We will be going back soon! I love my new shoes! :)
I’ve purchased running shoes and GU gels from them before, but the *best* experience I’ve had with them is when I ordered a pair of Goodrs (today at 4:18 p.m.) and they were delivered to my place at about 7 p.m. today. Coupled with the fact that they are always so nice and helpful every time we go in there..... Unbelievable customer service! They will get my running money as long as I live in Columbus (and probably even after that)! 5 stars for sure.
We have bought a lot of running shoes here over the years and the service and product knowledge is always top notch. Joey helped us this time and gave us his full attention. He set my daughter up for XC season and beyond! He even managed to talk me into buying a pair of socks (#sales #excellence)!We also laughed together about a movie reference: “What’s in the box?” #runners are the coolest people around! #GoLancasterLadyGales
Very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't encourage me to buy the most expensive shoes and even found me a good pair that met my needs that was on clearance.
Every time I go in the store they are friendly and super helpful. Whether it be a $20 pair of socks or a $120 pair of shoes the staff is great to give advice and suggestions. Thanks for all your help!
