My son and I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours being the only people they hadn’t seen. The nurses were piling up waiting rooms while they chit chatted in the back. But didn’t have the time to have someone check on my son? Why?
Terrible customer service from the moment I stepped into the place. Unprofessional service agent (Cashier #3), who had an attitude just because she had to repeat herself when I asked a simple question. If you don’t like working with the public and helping people, get a job in a different industry.
