I went there for birth certificate. It was very nice experience. The front desk lady and all other staff were very helpful. I went in and came out within half an hour. All you need to fill the blue form then pay the fees for how many birth certificates you want. Take the receipt and go to next window & you will get certificates. Lot of space for free parking.
It smells like an old building. I went to get my birth certificate. I was in and out in 30 min.
