Courtney Lees at Columbus Property Management is of absolutely NO help. This management company is the worst of the worst. Lived in the city all my life, and never encountered anything this bad. In duration of the 2 years living at Oskar, we had issues of no hot water, no heat, no AC, no wi-fi, broken windows, broken shades, water leakage, rusty shower-heads, broken washer/dryer, cheap appliances...Things take months to fix and the management company just keeps trying to take money from you. They don't return deposits.
Would love to give zero stars if possible. Was a resident at a luxury highrise in Hells Kitchen for years and this management company continued to get worse with every passing day. Their manager of our building, "Jessica" was horrible, they were slow to respond or address serious building issues, everyone who worked for them was on eggshells all day everyday, and their lack of communication was laughable. If you're considering one of their properties I heavily urge you to continue your search.
Tenants usually get what they pay for, but not in this case.. Substandard service
