Be Fair to loyal paying tenants that have been here over 10 years and update their units. Get better around the clock security and its not fair that the rental office building is the only building that is up to date and the front office looks better than my unit. walk ways and parking lots all busted up and it floods. Easy access to building locks always broken doors left wide open to animals and strangers. The back of the building is horrible trash area always a dump and a mess. The trash dumpster are always overflowing . Neighbors upstairs fighting breaking windows out of complex. Loud music into early morning on weeknights. Drug activity. Buildings are not secure. Most front entrances are hanging wide open. Police always there for something. Park is not available. People always blocking you in. Sometimes at both entrances. I have pictures

I love my apt! it's comfortable, it's enough space, staff is very friendly, I would and have recommended them. Reasonable rent, great amenities like free cable.
Great Apartments with a pool, great staff and on the bus line. There is also a school right on the property.
