RecommendedI had a smaller, older, and dangerous 15 year old over-the-door spring replaced with a heavy duty torsion spring that has a lifetime warranty. James also adjusted my door so that it closes more softly. The door is quieter and doesn't strain as much when being opened, and I feel much safer with the new heavy duty torsion spring.

Customer service was awesome. Fantastic people. I had James and Anthony perform a spring repair. They were 5 minutes early. I called and received same day service. They started at 6 pm and they were done by 7pm. There were some compatibility issues due to the age of some of my hardware but they are very capable and solved the problems with no issue. I definitely recommend them and will call them again without any hesitation. Thank you for a job very well done!
