I came from out of state to purchase “the one” I was seeking. It was worth the 8 hour commute. They even held the vehicle for me until I could get there! This was my first dealership experience and I thought it went very well overall.
Took two vehicles in. 1 strictly for a warning light that was malfunctioning and the other for an oil change. They proceeded to change the oil (that had been done less than 500 miles prior at a specialist shop) with some cheap stuff they had on hand on the vehicle that we said repeatedly does not get an oil change and only needs the warning light fixed.
