Busted window outside of 2109 ,01-12-24 8pm thru 01-15-24 8am .no heat in room 2109,mice in room since 01-12-24 no pesticide for bed bugs nor traps for rodents as of 01-15-24
Lousy public relations. Left 9 voice mail for Mr desilva.he never called . I rate it a zero on reaching out to public who has urgent business with the facility.
When I have time I'll add more but work in progress I can't hate on this place but it does need the work the administrator is trying to make it the best he can....
