We recently enclosed a back porch and wanted large picture windows. When I called the office, an appointment was made quickly and easily and the installer came out to the house and installed the windows. As he was finishing up, he was cleaning them and found a minute scratch on one that I might have never even noticed. He was back the next week with a replacement. Columbus Glass provides EXCELLENT service! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Columbus glass replaced the glass in many of my windows first and second floor. Double paned glass. (Many rocks thrown by tractor/mowers; a few were discolored so I had them replaced as well) They were very efficient. And they have all held up well. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
Their customer service is wonderful and the staff was great to work with. The installers did a great job and were quick and neat.
I walked into the store needing some glass work done. The lady spent more time talking on the phone than waiting on customers. I stood there for 15-20 minutes and still no service. Took my business down the road to Blue Bonnet Glass in Sealy.
