Did a super job. The crew was prompt and courteous and everything was so much cleaner than expected. We had our floors refinished 20 years ago by a different company and that process was very dusty. I'm not sure what has changed but this time around there was no dust for me and my wife to clean up afterward. We would definitely use again.
Disasterouly, I had a couple of novice friends help me sand my 50-80 year old hardwood floors. As a novice home owner, the butcherd floor taught me the hard way that there are somethings expertise really is an asset in and that the DIY movement doesn't do justice to. I called Columbus Floors at the last minute, with a very large order. I had just closed on my home, wanted my floors done immediately and right before the holiday. They agreed to my requests, and even came in on the weekend--both Saturday and Sunday to complete the job--at no extra cost to me. Thank you Columbus floors for accommodating a very demanding request--greatly appreciated and will definitely reccommend.

I never dreamed my floors would look so greatl! I had extensive damage to my floors--very old home, many animals, floors not taken care of. The hardwood floors look tremendous; the crew was clean, punctual, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions (which admittedly were many). I called and asked for references, all the references had only great things to say about the Columbus Floor Sanding Company. My partner and I couldn't be happier.
Don't use them is you like your house at all. They talk like they are the best in town, and have been around for a long while. Sounded good, after they did a poor job its not there problem any more.
