Pamela is a wealth of knowledge about all things nutrition and fitness. Her expertise, coupled with her wonderful, warm personality make working with her a very pleasant experience. She not only taught me a lot of about living a healthy life but gave me the the confidence and inspiration to follow through. I highly recommend her classes!
I just finished my first (definitely not my last!) 8 Weeks To A New You, and boy did I learn so much! Pamela is full of so much information, and she personalized the info and the program to my needs. She was always available to answer any questions too. I feel so much better about myself, and about continuing my journey!
I am very new to strength training, and Pam made it so easy. The classes are so addictive, you want to come back every other day. Pam takes time answering all of your doubts. Highly recommend !!!
My daughter and I had 1:1 boxing clases with Pamela this Summer. What a great experience! Pam was very professional, she provided a save environment for us to learn how to box and we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend this place and the classes they offered.
