RecommendedIn town on business, found this hidden gem slightly off the beaten path on Trip Advisor. Stopped here mid afternoon after meetings all morning heading back to my hotel; I was starving but only got the calamari and Gumbo soup. I’d come here a lot of I were local. Very small but cool atmosphere. Kim (I think that’s her name) took my order and was a sweetheart. Even let me sample the different soups because I was undecided.
I've tried this place twice, and have been disappointed both times. the fish just isn't delicious here. Is it the old stuff they didn't sell in the market? the breading and seasoning for the fish was gross too. The fries were good, kind of like the state fair fries.
