Absolutely horrible! I was asked to submit my childs insurance before the visit. It was confirmed before the appointment his insurance was excepted and was also confirmed at check in as well as the dentist technician that his insurance was excepted. Then when we check out they tell us his insurance isn't excepted and we owe over $200. I was livid and asked for office manager. Veronica is easily the sweetest hygienist I have ever met. She provided an exceptional experience and was incredibly patient, caring, and professional. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and did a very thorough job. The practice is lucky to have her! Dr. Johnson was also great, very gentle and pleasant.

They used to be great; however, I cannot say the same any more. I just got off the phone with them because they have started charging me for services that are free. The person I spoke with hung up before answering my questions. Terrible customer service.
