Absolutely 100% recommend!!! Veronica was my hygienist. She was gentle, kind, caring, and informative. Also, very easy to talk to! Dr, Johnson was wonderful! All of my oral health needs were fulfilled. Thank you, Veronica and Dr. Johnson!😁
Been coming to this dentist since 2019. Over the last few years everything was fine and I felt like I was being taken care of when coming in for a visit. That changed within the last year. I had a crowned tooth pop off and when I called to get seen the staff at the front told me that my case wasn’t an emergency situation and they could put me down for a week out. I had a great experience. Veronica was super nice and informative. Dr Johnson was in and out and got me and my family out of there so we could enjoy the rest of our day. I like how Dr Johnson doesn't suggest unnecessary procedures to get money; he looks out for the patient's best interest.
Excellent team of professionals! They were very helpful with my understanding of out of pocket expenses and they explained everything I needed for tooth care before, during and after my procedure. (I was also able to split my payments) I’ve been a patient here for many years and would never think of going anywhere else.
Absolutely horrible! I was asked to submit my childs insurance before the visit. It was confirmed before the appointment his insurance was excepted and was also confirmed at check in as well as the dentist technician that his insurance was excepted. Then when we check out they tell us his insurance isn't excepted and we owe over $200. I was livid and asked for office manager. The office manager called me and basically told me I have to pay it because I should of known they didn't take his insurance and hung up on me. I will ... read more
