The services were ok, cleaning and exam. The one star comes from the fact that they rescheduled multiple appointments made months in advance on very short notice. Very poor communication from the office. After they canceled my last appointment, because the dentist is never there apparently, they didn't even try to reschedule. Avoid this office if you value your time and a consistent provider.

Yesterday I had my one veneer and crown for my front two teeth’s. Before I had spaces in between my teeth’s and my teeth’s were little front, because of that I couldn’t smile or laugh comfortably. So I approached Columbus Family Dental. Doctor recommended me veneers and crown for my teeth’s. So I did according to his recommendation.
